Strathspey House ~ Bed & Breakfast Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy
Most advance bookings will require a deposit equivalent to the first nights’ accommodation costs
(for two or more nights stay), or 50% of accommodation costs for a one night stay.
The deposit is non returnable if a cancellation is made within fourteen days of
the arrival date. A full refund of deposit is given, minus a £25 administration fee, for a cancellation made more than fourteen
days before the arrival date.
A request, prior to arrival, to reduce the length of stay of a confirmed booking is subject to a £25
charge per cancelled night e.g. a four night reservation reduced to three nights will incur a £25 charge in
addition to the three nights accommodation cost.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or Sterling travellers’ cheque.
Check-in & Departure
All rooms are available for occupancy from 3.00pm on arrival date. An evening check-in is welcomed, but
if guests intend arriving after 7.00pm, please contact Fiona or Glenn in advance.
All guests are requested to vacate their rooms on departure day by
10.00am.
Night-time
Lock-up
Strathspey House is locked at 12.00 midnight (excluding Hogmanay, 31st December),
guests must return by this time.
